How do I return an item ?

Please contact us by email and make the request to return an item.

Do not use the address found on the contact page or invoice to return your items, please wait until your return request has been approved, you will be emailed a returns form and a specific address to return the goods to.

We advise that valuable goods are insured, sent on a "signed for" service (refunded on faulty products). Lower value goods - request a proof of posting from your carrier.
