How long will a return or exchange take ?
If you need to return a product, we require you to contact us first.
In short the process is a few days delivery back to us then another few days for delivery of a replacement.
We will supply you with specific address details to return the product you have ordered.
When the item has arrived back with us, we will replace or refund straight away, usually within 24hrs
Delivery back to you for replacement items is based on the original service you opted for when placing the order.
We do not offer exchanges for different products, if a product is faulty it will be replaced with exactly the same product, if that is not possible you would be refunded.

We advise that valuable goods are insured, sent on a "signed for" service (refunded on faulty products). Lower value goods - request a proof of posting from your carrier.
