What do I do if my product is faulty?
If you suspect that your product may be faulty, please contact us and report the issue.
In some instances we may be able to resolve the issue remotely for you with a few questions, if that was not possible we would offer you our Freepost returns details.
Please ensure you let us know within 30 days of receipt, and you will be entitled to a replacement or full refund, after this period faults will be dealt with in line with the terms of the warranty provided by the manufacturer, as advertised at the time of ordering on the product page.
We advise that valuable goods are insured, sent on a "signed for" service (refunded on faulty products). Lower value goods - request a proof of posting from your carrier.
