If we can cancel an order for you, we will do - please bear in mind that if an order has been processed or packed we may not be able to cancel it, however there would be no issue to return it.
All goods, faulty / unwanted, remain the property of the buyer until they are received back at PicStop.
We advise that valuable goods are insured, sent on a "signed for" service (refunded on faulty products). Lower value goods - request a proof of posting from your carrier.
