Why didn't I get an order confirmation email ?

I placed an order, but didn't receive an email from PicStop to confirm it had gone through.

Our system sends an automated email when an order / payment is completed.

1. Check the order status in your online account.

2. Check  junk / spam folder of your email client / program.

HOTMAIL and OUTLOOK users often have emails sent directly to junk / spam.

(If you received an email from PayPal to confirm the payment, the order will have normally gone through)

If you definitely haven't received the email, it could have been blocked by your server or email client, let us know, and we can re-trigger it for you.
