How do I view my order status ?

If you have received a confirmation of shipment email to the email address used when placing the order you know the order has shipped.

If you don't think you received please check spam / junk folder for this email.

You can also log into your Your account (sign in) > go to Order Information > Check Status

If you opted for guest checkout you cannot check your order online because you have no account with us.
