Why did I only receive part of my order ?

Your order may have been shipped in separate packages because we operate from multiple warehouse locations.

Please check your confirmation of shipment email (sent to the email you originally placed the order under)

If you have ordered more than one item and this email contains the following message, please allow the full delivery schedule before contacting us:

"Please Note: When ordering more than one item, your order may ship in multiple packages."

(Saturday, Sunday, public holidays and the day the item ships are not classed as working days)
