Where is my order ?
After you place an order with PicStop we will initially email you to confirm you have placed the order.
When your order is physically shipped, we will send you a confirmation of shipment email to the email address you originally submitted when placing the order.
In this email, you will find confirmation of the shipping service and delivery window you opted for, e.g. Shipping Method: UK Free Delivery 2-5 Working Days
You will also find a tracking number for your shipment in the email.
Please Note: When ordering more than one item, your order may ship in multiple packages.
If you think your delivery (or part) may be overdue, please first check the date the order shipped (this is the day you received the shipment confirmation email) and then the delivery method you chose.
Please note the following details:
1.) "Next Working Day" service applies to orders placed before 14.00 hrs on working days.
2.) Saturday, Sunday & public holidays in the UK are not classed as working days for the purpose of PicStop deliveries.
3.) The day that the item ships is not classed as the 1st working day of the delivery schedule.
