Why didn't get an order confirmation or shipment email ?

You placed an order, and you don't appear to have received your confirmation email or shipment email.
These emails are automated by our system and are automatically sent to the email address you submit when placing an order.

Common reasons for not appearing to receive these emails:

1. The email we sent has gone directly into the Spam / Junk folder. (this is common with Hotmail email addresses)

2.  The email address was misspelt or is invalid. 

3. The email was blocked by your email server / service. (this happens with government and education email addresses)


In the first instance, we would ask you to check your spam / junk folder before contacting us. 
We would also suggest whitelisting our email address.
