I have forgotten my password, how do I access my account ?
If you have forgotten the password to your online account, the process for recovery is pretty simple.
From any webpage (top right) > Click Sign in > Select, I am a returning customer > Click the link, Forgotten your password > Insert your email > Click, Request Password Re-set
An email with a link to re-set the password will be sent to the email address you specified.
If you haven't received the email after a few minutes please check spam / junk folder for this email, and if you are still struggling please go ahead and contact us via Chat, email or phone.
If the email you enter does not have an associated account, you will receive the following message: The e-mail address you have specified does not exist in our records
When you originally placed an order with us if you opted for Guest Checkout, you did not actually create an 'online account' with us that you can access.
