The memory card I received does not work !
Sorry to hear that !
The first thing to do is Check Compatibility, statistically this is usually the problem, and less so an actual fault with the memory, although of course we would not rule that out.
Not all memory cards and capacities may be compatible with your device, as technology moves on some older devices may not accept newer cards.
You can check here by clicking on this link: Check Compatibility
Another great place to check is your device manual or with the manufacturer of the device, usually first stop is their website and the device specifications.
If you have formatted a brand-new card this may also be the cause of the problem, memory cards and flash drives come pre-formatted and do not need to be formatted out of the box.
Different capacities and types of card have specific formatting options, you can read more about this here:
Formatting a memory card, flash drive or device using a PC
If you find that you have formatted your memory incorrectly, you can often reverse the error either by formatting in a compatible device or perhaps on a PC using the correct formatting option.
Formatting standards:
SD/microSD 2GB or lower FAT16
SDHC/microSDHC 4GB to 32GB FAT32
SDXC/microSDXC 64GB or higher exFAT
CompactFlash up to 128GB FAT32
CompactFlash 256GB exFAT
